I will then set up an MLS search for you based on your preferences. This search will automatically notify you via email when new properties that match your criteria become available on the market. You will be able to review the search results, save your favorite properties, and get instant notification about price and status changes of properties that interest you.

Once your pre-approval loan is secured, and you've identified your favorite homes, I will schedule showings so we can tour properties. See something you love, and we'll submit a competitive offer!
Submit a competitive offer. After we’ve identified the perfect home for you, I will:
Property Inspection: Once a property is under contract, you will have the right to inspect and address any need for repairs, finalize your financing, and address any other terms of the contract prior to closing.
Final Walk-Through: The final walk-through is when we take one last look at the property before closing. We will thoroughly examine the home (usually with the seller's agent) and make sure it's in the same condition it was when we initially agreed to buy it.
After a final walkthrough of the property, the closing papers will be signed and processed by a real estate attorney or title company, funds will be transferred, and you will receive the keys!
